Official Venue & Logistics Guide

The 2nd Face & Breast Malatya will be hosted at İnönü University, Malatya, from May 22–24, 2026. This elite gathering is structured in two primary phases: the Hands-on Cadaver Course followed by the 2-day Scientific Symposium.

1. Hands-on Cadaver Course

Date: May 22, 2026
Location: İnönü University, Cadaver Laboratory
Schedule: 08:30 – 16:30
Format: Intensive surgical training with a strict ratio of 2 participants per cadaver.
Note: All medical supplies and uniforms are provided. Participants are encouraged to bring their own surgical loupes and headlamps.

2. Scientific Symposium

Dates: May 23–24, 2026
Location: İnönü University, Main Conference Hall
Schedule: 08:30 – 16:30 (Daily)
Format: A comprehensive 2-day program featuring live surgical demonstrations and lectures by world-renowned faculty members.

3. “Sunset at Mount Nemrut” Social Program

Date: May 22, 2026 (Immediately following the Cadaver Course)
Details: Participants will be transferred from the university to the summit of Mount Nemrut to witness the sunset among the ancient statues of the Commagene Kingdom.
Return: Following the sunset, private transfers will return guests to their respective hotels or the designated assembly point.
Registration: To participate, please notify the organization team to ensure your name is added to the expedition list.

4. Travel & Transportation

Arrival by Air: International and domestic guests should book flights to Malatya Airport (MLX), typically via a connection in Istanbul.
Airport Transfers: * Upon arrival, guests may reach the their hotels via local taxi or our pre-arranged transfer service.
- Transfer Requests: For dedicated two-way transfers (Airport–Hotel–Airport), please contact the organization team via email or phone with your flight details.

Flexibility: Participants may register for the Full Package (Course + Symposium) or select individual components based on their preference.
