Official Venue & Logistics Guide

The 3rd Face & Breast International Symposiums and Cadaver Courses will be hosted in Istanbul from October 14–18, 2026. This elite gathering is structured into three primary phases: Medical Illustration Training, Hands-on Cadaver Courses, and the 2-Day Scientific Symposium.

      1.Medical Illustration Training

• Date: October 14, 2026
• Schedule: 09:00 – 13:00
• Location: Fairmont Quasar Istanbul
  

  
  2.Hands-on Cadaver Course

• Dates: October 15–16, 2026
• Location: Cadaver Laboratory
• Schedule: 07:30 – 16:00
• Format: Intensive surgical training with a strict ratio of 2 participants per cadaver.
• Note: All medical supplies and uniforms are provided. Participants are encouraged to bring their own surgical loupes and headlamps.
  

  3.Scientific Symposium

• Dates: October 17–18, 2026
• Location: Fairmont Quasar Istanbul
• Schedule: 08:00 – 18:30 (Daily)
• Format: A comprehensive 2-day program featuring live surgical demonstrations and lectures by world-renowned faculty members.
  

  4.Social Program (Gala Dinner)

• • Details: An exclusive Gala Dinner at an elegant restaurant along the Bosphorus is being planned for our participants.

    5.Travel & Transportation

• Arrival by Air: International and domestic guests should book flights to Istanbul Airport (IST) or Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW).
• Airport Transfers: For dedicated transfer arrangements (Airport–Hotel–Airport), please contact the organization team with your flight details.

• Flexibility: Participants may register for the full package or select individual program modules based on their preference.
